Lemon Drizzle Cake
A few weeks ago I won a wooden spoon, my very own star baker wooden spoon from the Bespoke & Oak Co. I don’t often bake but winning this spoon some how inspired me to make a Lemon Drizzle cake one of my faves. So I found a recipe on line, borrowed a few things from mum as I wanted the items to look a bit more rustic, Oh and I needed Ray too I realised I could do the mixing and the photography, so this is a joint effort from Ray and myself.
Ahh there’s nothing like a slice of lemon drizzle cake (served on my Grandmas little cake stand) and a cup of tea.
