Making new connections with amazing people on a similar path is one of the perks of my job. I’ve recently met Esther from Polly Pinks through mutual friends. Esther does all the catering at Blackburn Rugby Club making sure the players and spectators are well fed on match days. There’s more she caters for functions and weddings at the Rugby Club plus off site catering too, she’s a busy lady! However Esther has a real talent for baking and decorating cupcakes, we thought it would be great to collaborate our skills of cake baking and photography. So here’s a slice of our day together I hope we inspire your cupcake desires. x
