A Higher Trapp Wedding
I had the pleasure of joining Rebecca & Ashley at the Higher Trapp in Read for their Summer wedding. It’s a lovely venue nestled on the lower slopes of Pendle Hill.
Rebecca and Ashley are a lovely couple and have a passion for travel and the great outdoors.
It was a first for me to photograph at this venue (I do love a new venue to photograph at). A lovely hotel with beautiful gardens. Due to the weather being so glorious the wedding ceremony was to be outside which make a nice change.
I started the morning with Rebecca and all the girls. Hair and makeup, laughter and sparkling drinks what a wonderful way to start the day. The whole day was to be at The Higher Trapp so it was easy for me to nip out and for a few extra wedding details.
Ashley and his groomsmen arrived, so time for a few photos before all the guests started to arrive. A beautiful ceremony with readings from both mothers. songs sung by one of Rebeccas Students she had a beautiful voice.
Canapés and Prosecco before a few family photos and not forgetting an EPIC Confetti Throw…. I have to say this one was a blast. After a few couple portraits in the beautiful grounds it was time for speeches and the wedding breakfast.
